Prestatips is a site primarily dedicated to the installation, configuration and use of Prestashop for novices and those wishing to get started quickly!

Prestashop : still obscure
Indeed, despite its modest success, Prestashop remains confined to a niche market of both merchants and developers. This site aims to be a bridge between professional websites (those that sell themes and modules) and beginners eager to get started.
If Shopify or Woocommerce are so appealing, it is also because of their community and the presence of many tutorials on the Internet.
The technique? A surmountable obstacle.
Merchants who have already made the switch sometimes find themselves trapped in an obsolete version of Prestashop, with the added bonus of custom themes and modules that may not support updates, which are essential when running an e-commerce site (we collect information and process online payments after all!).
But this isn’t inevitable. It’s still important to be aware of the options to avoid incurring excessive costs in these situations. It’s easy to receive bad advice and end up being overcharged for nothing, or worse: getting trapped in a complex technical system.
An independent site
As a WordPress developer by training, I’ve always been interested in PrestaShop, and especially over the past year, by giving introductory training courses and doing some troubleshooting. Now is the perfect time for me to start sharing my experience with you, and also to delve deeper into exploring and mastering this CMS.
Being independent of the Prestashop community and company gives me a certain editorial freedom, and thus you will have a different view of this CMS.
